“Just a little about Pure Joy Baby”
Many of our customers call to ask numerous questions about “Pure Joy Baby”, therefore we thought we’d fill you in! First we are a brick and mortar store front, not just an on line store, located in Fish Creek, WI also known as the (Cape Cod of the Midwest)! We are pleased to let you know we are starting our seventh year in business. I run the store and am a grandmother of three. Soon to be four with another one on the way, due in Feb. My husband always makes me say that I’m “just too with it” to be a grandmother ~ Wow, what a compliment!
I am on my second major work experience in my life after having been a Flight Attendant for United Airlines for thirty five years. (Those were the coffee, tea and me days) ~ not really ~ but I sure did learn about customer service in those days and still adhere to my training!
I love unpacking the boxes that arrive almost every day with new product ~ it’s just like a holiday to see once again what was ordered many months ago.
I’ve learned a lot by raising my own children and the three grandchildren I have been blessed with. Products are selected and tested for for, safety, wear-ability, washing and drying (shrinkage).
